The new ElectroOptical Frame CU11 achieves nanometer mechanical precision and accuracy for the first time this enables Bearing Asymmetry measurements.

The CU10 has been replaced with the new CU11 with improved mechanical precision and accuracy  which give the ability to measure “Bearing Asymmetry”

We believe that this is interesting for many die producers. (we know some customers have asked for this for years

This is the total assembly of optics and computer hardware for the production and quality control of small objects. This hardware is based on a technology of precise object manipulation combined with advanced optics and computer vision analysis.To make cost effective solutions that suit the variable needs of the customers, this hardware is modular and expandable and can be equipped with a range of holders specific for each object and application.

The ElectroOptical Frame CU11 covers the measurement range from: 0.01 mm (0.0004") to 8.0 mm (0.315").
