With rich industry experience, she also brings multilingual skills and a deep understanding of local culture, based on her Southeast Asian education and background – and an impressively positive vibe! She’s already making an impact as we grow our international business.
While some of our colleagues have been with Conoptica for many years, we’re always looking to expand our team to support our growing business. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Fee Lee to our Drawing Die commercial team.
Experienced in multiple sectors – and eager to build stronger partnerships
Fee – originally from Malaysia and fluent in multiple languages – joined us in January and brings a wealth of experience to Conoptica. Having gained experience in manufacturing and procurement, she understands how our customers operate and the processes they follow. Educated in Southeast Asia, Fee is also well-tuned to local culture.
“I’ve worked in sales operations for many years, so have gained deep experience in relationship building – which is essential for Conoptica as we look to support our clients across the many countries in which we operate. We don’t just deliver a solution, we provide a lasting partnership, so it’s important to understand how people work, and how organizations operate”, she notes.
Helping Conoptica to grow internationally

For Conoptica, determining how customers can succeed is vital – and key to this is building trust and a lasting sense of engagement. “I love meeting customers and exploring their problems. With the growth we’ve enjoyed in Asia recently, I really feel my skills can be an asset for the team”, Fee added.
And she certainly brings a lot – multilingual and with deep cultural knowledge, Fee will help Conoptica to build out new reseller and support partnerships, as well as new direct customer accounts – and is already enjoying being part of the team.
“I love the fact that, while we deliver innovative measurement solutions, of the highest quality, it’s a casual and relaxed environment”, said Fee. “Everyone has a voice, and we can all communicate directly, so we can be sure we collaborate well, delivering for our customers – and building a confident and fun atmosphere.
